Dr. Rafael Lappost is a board-certified podiatric physician with more than a decade of experience in foot and ankle care. He currently serves as the Podiatry Service Line Chair at Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he oversees emergency care, surgical intervention criteria, and complex patient management.
As the founder of Peak Podiatry, Dr. Lappost is passionate about providing personalized treatment for patients across Miami, combining advanced medical expertise with a compassionate approach. His dual master’s degrees — a Master of Health Administration and a Master of Arts — complement his medical training by bringing a holistic perspective to patient care and practice leadership.
Dr. Lappost believes that success comes from hard work and persistence, a philosophy he applies both in medicine and in life. Inspired by Jacob Riis’s words about persistence — “at the hundred and first blow it will split in two” — he is committed to giving every patient the dedicated care needed to achieve meaningful, lasting results.
